Terms of Service
Last updated: June 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of avcshub (the “Service”), a hosting platform for AVCS repositories operated by the provider of avcshub (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials, including personal access tokens, confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may authorize automated agents to act under your account; you remain responsible for their actions.
2. The Service
The Service stores AVCS operation graphs and the projections derived from them, and provides tools to review, govern, and release that work. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also offer paid plans; the applicable fees, billing period, and plan limits are presented at the point of purchase.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- violate any applicable law or the rights of others;
- upload malware, or content you do not have the right to share;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or its underlying systems, or to disrupt its integrity or performance;
- circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls; or
- misrepresent the identity or provenance of an author, human or automated.
4. Your content
You retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely as needed to operate and provide the Service to you and the collaborators you authorize. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to Your Content and for setting its visibility (public or private) appropriately.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and publish its operational state on our status page. The Service is nonetheless provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and may be subject to maintenance, updates, or interruptions.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, if required to protect the Service or other users, or as required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections intended to survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.
8. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. You remain responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service provider is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The specific jurisdiction will be identified prior to general availability.
12. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be directed to the Service provider through the support channel listed on the Service.
