This Privacy Policy explains how avcshub (the “Service”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use it. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect

- Content you provide. The repositories, operation graphs, evidence, decisions, issues, comments, and related metadata you submit to the Service.
- Credentials. Personal access tokens you generate are stored in hashed form; we cannot recover the original secret after it is shown to you once.
- Usage and technical data. Log data such as request times, IP address, and error and performance metrics, used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use information
- to provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- to authenticate you and authorize access to public and private content;
- to monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and protect the security of the Service;
- to communicate with you about your account or material changes to the Service; and
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. Legal bases
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you (to provide the Service), our legitimate interests (to secure and improve the Service), your consent (where requested), and compliance with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: the collaborators you authorize on a repository; service providers (such as hosting and infrastructure vendors) acting on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations; and authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service. Content you mark public is visible to anyone.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete repositories you control, and you may request deletion of your account.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and hashing of access-token secrets. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
